Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 11, 2026

Trucking Talent LLC (“Trucking Talent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, job board, driver account, application forms, employer dashboard, landing pages, communications, integrations, and related recruitment services.

This Privacy Policy applies to users located in the United States. Trucking Talent is not intended for users outside the United States or for individuals under 18 years of age.

By using Trucking Talent, submitting information, creating an account, applying to a job, or communicating with us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Trucking Talent.

For drivers and job applicants, we may collect contact information, location information, CDL and driving experience, job preferences, application information, job-specific screening answers, basic qualification or safety-related answers, communication records, and consent or opt-out records.

Drivers may create a Trucking Talent account to manage their profile, view jobs, review positions they applied to, and see job opportunities that may fit the information they provided.

Trucking Talent is not a public driver profile marketplace. Employers cannot browse or search all driver profiles. A driver’s application information is made available to an employer when the driver applies to that employer’s job.

For company users, we may collect business contact information, company name, role, hiring needs, job posting details, hiring criteria, dashboard account information, subscription information, and billing-related information. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor, and Trucking Talent does not intend to store full payment card details directly.

When you use our websites or online services, we may also collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, cookies, pixels, tags, UTM parameters, campaign data, and similar analytics or tracking information.

2. Information We Do Not Collect Through Standard Trucking Talent Forms

Trucking Talent does not intend to collect or store the following through its standard profile, job board, or lead application forms:

We may ask basic job-related screening or qualification questions, such as accident count, violation count, or DUI/DWI-related questions, where relevant to a job application.

After applying to a job, a driver may be invited to complete a full employment application through the employer’s ATS or another third-party application provider. That full application is completed outside Trucking Talent and is governed by the privacy practices of the employer and/or ATS provider.

3. How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you, from Trucking Talent driver registration forms, job board applications, company-branded landing pages, advertising lead forms, social media platforms, messaging platforms, third-party job boards, trucking apps, chatbot interactions, existing opted-in Trucking Talent driver records, employer clients, ATS integrations, and service providers that help us operate and improve our services.

We do not intentionally purchase driver lead lists from third-party vendors.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate Trucking Talent, create and manage accounts, allow drivers to apply to jobs, show drivers relevant job opportunities, process and route applications, pre-screen applicants, provide employer dashboard access, send applications to employer ATS or recruiting systems where enabled, communicate with drivers and company users, provide support, track application sources, measure campaign performance, improve recruitment results, send permitted transactional, recruiting, and marketing communications, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud, protect our services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

5. Job Applications, Employers, and ATS Integrations

When a driver applies to a specific job through Trucking Talent, the driver’s application information is made available to the trucking company or employer connected to that job.

Employers cannot browse or search the full Trucking Talent driver database. Employers can see application information for drivers who applied to their jobs.

Depending on the employer’s setup, application information may be stored in the employer’s Trucking Talent dashboard, sent to the employer’s ATS or recruiting system, downloaded or exported by the employer, and used by the employer to contact the driver about the position.

Trucking Talent currently supports ATS integrations and may support additional ATS or recruiting systems in the future. These integrations may allow Trucking Talent to send application information to the employer’s ATS. In the future, integrations may also allow Trucking Talent to receive limited application status or workflow updates from the employer’s ATS.

Once information is provided to an employer or the employer’s ATS, that employer and/or ATS provider may process the information under their own privacy practices. Trucking Talent does not control how employers contact drivers or make hiring decisions after receiving an application.

Trucking Talent does not make final hiring decisions. Final hiring decisions are made by the employer.

6. Communications and Consent

We may communicate with drivers and company users by email, SMS, phone, Messenger, chatbot, in-app message, or other communication channels.

Driver communications may include account messages, application confirmations, full application links, job application follow-ups, job-related updates, messages about positions the driver applied to, messages about other job opportunities, support messages, and marketing or promotional messages where permitted by law.

Where required by law, we will obtain consent before sending certain marketing, recruiting, automated, prerecorded, artificial voice, or AI-assisted calls or messages.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing or recruiting SMS messages by replying STOP, where available. You may also opt out by using unsubscribe links, Messenger unsubscribe options, or by contacting us at [email protected].

After an opt-out, we may still send limited transactional or service-related messages where permitted by law, such as account, security, application, or legal notices.

Employers may also contact drivers directly using the contact information provided in an application. Trucking Talent does not control communications sent directly by employers.

7. Chatbots, Automation, and AI-Assisted Tools

We may use chatbots, automation, AI-assisted tools, or similar technologies to support recruitment workflows, collect application-related answers, ask qualification questions, route applications, summarize communications, support recruiter workflows, or improve campaign performance.

If we use AI-assisted calls, automated calls, call recording, call transcription, or similar features, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by law.

Automated or AI-assisted tools may help evaluate whether an application appears to match an employer’s stated criteria. Trucking Talent does not make final hiring decisions.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, advertising platforms, CRM tools, and similar technologies to operate and improve our services, understand user activity, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, track application sources, retarget users, and optimize recruitment campaigns.

These tools may include providers such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft, and similar advertising, analytics, or technology providers.

We may also use hashed contact information, such as hashed email addresses or phone numbers, with advertising platforms for matching, measurement, retargeting, suppression, or campaign optimization, where permitted by law and platform rules.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of our services.

9. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

10. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Trucking Talent does not sell personal information for money.

Trucking Talent does not allow employers to browse, search, or purchase access to driver profiles when the driver has not applied to that employer’s job.

However, certain uses of advertising technologies, retargeting, conversion tracking, or hashed contact information shared with advertising platforms may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

You may opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising by visiting our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page, where available, or by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

Where required by applicable law, we will also honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

An opt-out request does not prevent us from sharing your application information with an employer when you intentionally apply to that employer’s job. It also does not automatically delete information that was already provided to an employer or the employer’s ATS before your request.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate our business, support recruiting workflows, maintain accounts, process applications, provide reporting, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is used.

Drivers may request deletion of their Trucking Talent account. If a driver deletes an account or submits a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify personal information from Trucking Talent systems unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute, compliance, or operational reasons.

If application information has already been provided to an employer or the employer’s ATS, that information is controlled by the employer or ATS provider. A deletion request submitted to Trucking Talent applies to Trucking Talent systems and does not automatically delete records already held by an employer or ATS provider.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain privacy rights, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

You may exercise your privacy rights by contacting us at [email protected].

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, database, system, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children’s Privacy

Trucking Talent is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites, ATS platforms, employer websites, job application systems, messaging platforms, social media platforms, or other third-party services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Trucking Talent after the updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
